Chetan Dubey  

Chetan packs 30 years in the Film & TV business where he has worked as an Editor, Director & Producer.

He has successfully worked in Feature Films, TV Serials, Advertisement Films, Documentaries, Corporate Films and Music Videos.

Chetan is an active listener and a team player and has the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

He is a critical thinker with demonstrated leadership qualities. Plus, he has a knack for taking quick decisions that seem right eventually. That’s the secret of his success.

Shishir Kulkarni  

Shishir Kulkarni is a versatile professional with over 20 years (inclusive of 10 years as an entrepreneur) of rich, hands-on experience in Film, Video & TV Production.

He is proficient with all aspects of creative development, management and line production of various video, TV and feature films. 

He started his career as a Director on the benchmark show “Surabhi”.

It was the longest running documentary series on Indian Television in the 90s.

  • Feature Film

    Shishir has produced the Marathi award winning feature film Jhing Chik Jhing which won 28 awards including Maharashtra State Award for Best Feature Film.

    It is a story of a boy and his adventures as he tries to save his family from money lenders.

  • Other Projects

    1. Currently Scripting, Directing and Line Producing a series of 9 films for the Jal Shakti Ministry. This showcases the impact of the various initiatives that the Ministry of Jalshakti has undertaken across India.Giving an overview of the economic, social and environmental impact in its targeted area.

    2. Was Supervisory Producer of the 9-part factual series in Marathi Toofan Alaya on Zee Marathi for two consecutive years (2017 & 2018) in-charge of setting up and supervising over 8 teams across Maharashtra to shoot for 45 days on the Satyamev Jayate Water Cup Competition. This is a part of the Paani Foundation movement, on watershed management, initiated by Aamir Khan.

    1. Shot a documentary on domesticated elephants of Kerala and Kettuvalam.

    2. Einstein and Theory of Relativity: An interesting blend of video and the sky theatre to create a 60 minute show for the Nehru Planetarium dome.

    3. Save A Million, is a documentary film on the measures taken to counter natural disasters in SouthEast Asia. It was commissioned by Seeds India. This was showcased at the United Nations International Conference on Disaster Management in Geneva in 2009.

  • Television and Events

    1. Line Produced Promos and Packaging for Zee Marathi Show Raatris Khel Chaley

    2. Line Produced Promos and Packaging for upcoming Zee Marathi Show Agabai Sasubai.

    3. Design & Technical Direction of the “Instadia Experience” for Bangalore Marathon World 10k 2017 & 2018 also Technical Direction of “Launch Event of Mumbai Marathon” 2017.

    4. Managed over 100 different projects as Line Producer for Disney India covering: Promos, Filming events, Nationwide Talent Hunt, and Making of Disney Original Movies.

    1. Produced and Directed Dial One Aur Jeeto. This was India’s first live telecast open quiz for Sahara ONE. The show ran for 175 episodes and each one telecast live also was successful in creating a disruptive audience segment for the channel that resulted in increased TRPs.

    2. Produced television show Powerr Trip with Shobhaa Dé, a 28 part Series with Mrs. Dé in conversation with leading industrialists of India.

    3. Produced and Directed the series: Ethos of Mumbai, for Sahara Samay, Mumbai

    4. Produced Speed Jamming, a dating show for Zoom TV

    Shishir has successfully executed many corporate videos for various brands such as:

    1. Tata Sons: AGMM 2 way communication from multiple locations, domestic and international.

    2. Diageo India: SHE Film- a CSR initiative of the company in Madhya Pradesh & Rajasthan for empowering women, making clean drinking water available & addressing sanitation issues in a sustainable manner.

    2. Growth in Unison: A film on the spirit of entrepreneurship for Essar Foundation which won the Global Sustainability Film Award, Bafta-2013
